MATCHA

We’re open continuously from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The All Day concept means that the venue adapts to your rhythm, not the other way around. You can come by first thing for a leisurely breakfast, drop in at midday for a vermouth and some gildas, enjoy a meal featuring grilled fish market produce, or extend your afternoon gathering with some mimosas. Our space flows with you.

We serve specialty coffee roasted by local artisans in the area. It’s a bean we’ve tasted, compared, and chosen ourselves (literally, it’s the one we drink every morning). What’s more, our preparation is 100% manual and natural: we weigh, grind, and calibrate each extraction by hand, without automatic machines, preserving the essence of the bean.

For those who prefer an alternative to coffee, we prepare pure Matcha tea using the traditional hand-whisking process. We whisk it by hand to order to achieve that characteristic smooth, frothy texture. It is a natural, clean source of energy, perfect to enjoy hot or as an iced version (with ice) on sunny days in Calabardina.

Our menu combines the best of modern brunch with pure, high-quality ingredients. In the morning, you’ll find sourdough bread, breakfast burritos, and energizing options. From midday onward, premium preserves, gildas, red prawns, and more take center stage... Fewer frills and more local flavor.

Yes! We know that once you try our local specialty coffee or matcha, you’ll want to have them in your own kitchen. That’s why all the products you see in our online store are available for home delivery. We prepare everything with the same care as we do in our café and send it straight to your door, so you can create your own Cantina wherever you are.
